Birdie provides an all-in-one software platform designed to help care agencies manage operations and deliver personalised care at home. The London-based company supports dozens of care providers across the country.
Birdie has raised $30m in a Series B funding round led by Sofina, with participation from OMERS Ventures and Index Ventures. The company will use the capital to accelerate its expansion across the United Kingdom and deepen its presence in the wider European market.
Founded in 2017, the home healthcare technology platform provides software to help care agencies streamline administrative tasks and improve visit scheduling. The latest injection of capital brings Birdie's total raised to $52m, following a period of heightened demand for digital tools amongst social care providers.
