BioStress Lab has secured £300k in funding to support the development of its biometric workplace stress management software.
The capital comprises £150k in angel investment sourced via the NorthInvest and Newcastle Angel Hub networks, alongside a £150k grant from Innovate UK through the Regional Angel Investment Accelerator programme.
The Wakefield-based company, founded in 2020, uses biometric data to measure workplace stress and improve employee wellbeing through its BIO programme. The proceeds will be directed towards software development to enable rapid scaling of the business.
