BeyondMath has built a foundational AI model trained on first-principles physics to accelerate engineering simulations. The platform delivers results significantly faster than traditional supercomputing methods across sectors such as automotive and aerospace.
BeyondMath has raised £7.4m in a Seed extension round led by Cambridge Innovation Capital, bringing its total Seed financing to £13.6m alongside contributions from UP.Partners, Insight Partners, and InMotion Ventures. The company applies a generative physics model trained on first-principles mathematics to replace legacy simulation tools, enabling engineering teams to generate precise computational models in minutes rather than days. Funding will be deployed toward scaling commercial operations and expanding research capabilities as the business targets a doubling of its headcount and broader international reach.
The capital arrives as BeyondMath pursues several high-profile industrial deployments, including a multi-year project with Honeywell aimed at optimizing aerospace component performance and reducing emissions. By delivering simulation speeds up to a thousand times faster than conventional methods, the firm serves major manufacturing clients across automotive, electronics, and data centre design.
