Whisky application Bevvy has secured £1m in a seed funding round led by a group of Scottish rugby players, including Pierre Schoeman. The latest capital injection values the business at more than $17m.
Founded in 2021, the company will direct the funds toward enhancing user experience and expanding platform features. The raise also saw participation from an undisclosed US investor.
Bevvy anticipates launching a Series A funding round late next year as it continues to scale its global community.
