Beamery raises £97.6m in Series C funding led by Ontario Teachers to expand operations and product development.
The London talent platform secured Series C backing from Ontario Teachers and Accenture Ventures to accelerate global expansion.
Beamery provides an artificial intelligence powered talent lifecycle management platform that helps large enterprises plan workforce needs, reduce hiring bias, and manage talent mobility. The company works with global brands such as General Motors and Johnson and Johnson to improve employee retention and diversity hiring.
Beamery has raised £97.6m in a Series C funding round led by the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board through its Teachers' Innovation Platform. The round also saw participation from Accenture Ventures alongside existing backers EQT Ventures, Index Ventures, M12 and Workday Ventures.
The capital injection follows a period of rapid growth for the London-based company, which reported a 337% annual revenue increase in the final quarter and surpassed one million roles filled on its platform during 2020. Enterprises are increasingly turning to the firm to navigate skills shortages and competitive hiring markets.
The newly secured funds will be deployed to drive extensive product development, accelerate commercial expansion into new and existing markets, and double the size of the employee base.
