Awen Collective secures seed follow on investment from Dutch Security TechFund and SFC Capital to expand in Europe
Dutch Security TechFund led the round, which will accelerate expansion across the UK and Europe.
Awen Collective creates software to increase the cyber resiliency of critical national infrastructure and manufacturing organisations. The firm enables industrial enterprises to discover their operational technology devices, networks and vulnerabilities.
Awen Collective has secured a seed follow on investment round led by Dutch Security TechFund, managed by TIIN Capital. Additional backing comes from SFC Capital and two UK angel investors. The capital will support the company as it expands its footprint across the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and the broader European Union.
The funding enables Awen Collective to scale its operations and bring its operational technology security solutions to more industrial organisations. This transaction marks the first investment in a British enterprise by the Dutch Security TechFund, aligning with its strategy to build a portfolio of specialist security providers.
