Augmetec secures over £2m in seed funding led by Fuel Ventures to scale operations.
The seed round was led by Fuel Ventures alongside 14Peaks Capital and angel backers to fund international growth and product development.
Augmetec provides an end to end software platform designed to manage internal ethics, compliance, and regulatory investigations. The company combines automation and artificial intelligence to streamline workflows for legal teams and corporate investigators.
Augmetec has secured over £2m in a seed funding round to accelerate its commercial expansion. The investment was led by UK venture capital firm Fuel Ventures, with participation from Swiss fund 14Peaks Capital and three angel investors.
The capital will be directed towards growing the client base, advancing product development, and scaling operations globally. The company plans to expand its team across engineering, compliance, and sales functions while forging new enterprise partnerships.
The legal tech startup has developed LEIAA, a platform built by seasoned investigators to help organisations handle regulatory inquiries, ethics cases, and compliance reviews more efficiently.
