Audioscenic develops user adaptive three dimensional audio beamforming technology for consumer electronics and entertainment applications. The firm operates from Southampton and targets markets ranging from automotive systems to personal computing.
Audioscenic has completed a Series A funding round led by Foresight Ventures, with participation from Hostplus, IP Group, and FWT. The injection of capital follows the market debut of the company technology within the Razer Leviathan V2 Pro soundbar at the CES exhibition.
The business intends to use the new resources to expand the commercial application of its spatial audio software across multiple consumer hardware categories simultaneously. Leadership notes that the enterprise value has expanded significantly since inception as the firm transitions from research into commercial products.
