Aero Commerce raises £750k in seed funding led by Maven Capital Partners to expand operations

Aero Commerce is an ecommerce platform specialist providing online retail sales solutions for retailers through a network of agency partners. The firm enables digital operations for brands across national and international markets.

Aero Commerce has secured £750k in a seed funding round led by Maven Capital Partners. The investment includes £550k from the North East Development Fund and £200k from existing shareholders, lifting total funding past the £1m mark.

The capital will support the company as it increases sales and marketing efforts, establishes a new office in Newcastle, and recruits additional personnel. These measures form part of a broader strategy to scale operations and roll out further product enhancements for its ecommerce platform.

Maven Capital Partners led the transaction alongside advisory support from corporate finance firm UNW. The funding arrives as the online retail sector continues to experience steady growth across the United Kingdom.
