Adclear raises £2.1m in seed funding led by Outward VC to scale its compliance platform
Outward VC led the seed round with participation from several institutional backers and angel investors.
Adclear provides an artificial intelligence platform designed to automate compliance checks for financial promotions and marketing content. The system serves major banks, fintech firms, and trading platforms.
Adclear has secured £2.1m in a seed funding round led by Outward VC. The financing also drew participation from AFG Partners, Tenity, Haatch, and Force Over Mass Capital, alongside angel investors including Dan Cobley, Keith Grose, and Ventures Together.
Launched in 2024, the company offers an artificial intelligence platform that automates regulatory compliance reviews for financial marketing materials. The fresh capital will be deployed to expand the current team, scale international operations beyond the UK, and roll out new product features.
