The London-based mortgage intermediaries platform will use the fresh capital to accelerate product development and customer growth.

£6.5MOther

Acre operates a mortgage intermediaries platform that streamlines the property buying and home financing process for brokers and consumers.

London-based mortgage technology platform Acre has secured £6.5m in funding to develop its product offering and expand its customer base. The investment came from McPike Global Family Office, Aviva, and Founders Factory.

The capital will be directed toward accelerating product development and scaling customer growth as the firm seeks to modernise the property purchasing market. The company also intends to establish partnerships with additional lenders and insurers.

The latest injection follows a £5m raise in 2019, which coincided with the platform spinning out from the Founders Factory venture studio.
