London-based analytics provider 9fin has secured £40m in a Series B funding round led by Highland Europe. The investment includes participation from several existing backers, including Spark Capital and Seedcamp.
The fresh capital will be directed towards enhancing the firm's artificial intelligence capabilities, expanding its analytics workforce, and driving further growth within the United States market.
The company has experienced rapid expansion since its previous funding milestones, more than doubling its customer base and workforce. The platform is currently utilised by numerous major financial institutions and asset managers worldwide.
