London-based healthtech startup 32Co has secured £2.2m in seed funding to expand its clinical collaboration platform. The round was led by Balderton Capital, with participation from Wavemaker 360 Health and strategic angels, including Nicolas Cary. The fresh capital will be directed towards building out the commercial team and advancing the proprietary technology platform.
The company pairs general dentists with specialist orthodontists to facilitate clear aligner treatments through local providers. Founded by Dr Sonia Szamocki, 32Co has experienced rapid growth since April 2022, scaling its network through word-of-mouth referrals and securing an exclusive partnership with Dental Protection.
