"B2B BNPL players so far have been largely focused on B2B e-commerce where ticket sizes are small and lenders rely on standard credit data to make limited credit decisions. We’re excited to see Tranch making B2B BNPL accessible to more complex lending demands involving larger volumes and longer durations, all of which creates a hugely scalable international market opportunity through their full lending tech stack."

"We are investing c.£40m into Thought Machine, a fintech innovator and partner we consider strategic to the industrial upgrade of Intesa Sanpaolo. The digital wealth manager closed its latest crowdfund following strong retail demand.
"We’re blown away with the reception our second crowd raise received this week. Giving our community the chance to share in and shape our future has always been a priority, and our customers have been instrumental in the evolution of our products and services to date. Given the current economic climate, our mission to help people build wealth with confidence has never been more important. Our focus now is on finding new ways to guide and support people with financial planning throughout their lives. By continuing to focus on the under-served mass market we believe we are on a path to create the UK’s category-defining wealth platform."
The financing round was co-led by Cota Capital and TempoCap to drive the adoption of account-to-account payments.
"In the next four years, the global value of open banking payments is expected to exceed $116 billion, with Europe accounting for 75% of all transactions,"
Ahren and Speedinvest co-led the seed round to help the data collaboration platform expand its engineering and design teams.
"Where traditionally the legal process behind sharing raw data between parties can take months or even years, Bitfount’s secure network instead allows algorithms to travel to datasets rather than the other way around, which means there needn’t be any disclosure of sensitive information. This new paradigm unlocks opportunities for both analysis and machine learning that were previously impossible – either because they required sharing of sensitive raw data, or because the contractual agreements were prohibitively complex."
