A syndicate of members from Angel Academe has backed the renewable energy investment platform.

The food business raised £1m from 283 investors via Crowdcube in less than 36 hours.

The storage company secured backing from venture capital firm DN Capital alongside retail investors to fund expansion.

Midven and angel investors back Health2Works with £251k to scale its NHS-aligned software tools.

The funding we have received from Midven and our angel investors will enable us to progress to fully-commercialised, universal tools that will help NHS health care providers across the country."
