£820K

The London based RegTech firm secured the investment from financial service angels to expand its development and marketing capabilities.

"Securing £820k in pre-Series A funding allows docStribute to continue to redefine financial services communication. Our commitment goes beyond compliance, as it is changing our clients’ relationships with their customers by ensuring crucial financial information is communicated effectively and efficiently. This significant funding milestone follows a notable stride towards industry recognition, as docStribute successfully onboarded a tier 1 bank at the end of 2023. This brings our number of clients to over 30 and means we will be sending out more than 5 million documents a year. Adding such a prominent financial institution underscores the effectiveness of docStribute’s solutions in meeting the evolving needs of the finance sector."

The oversubscribed round was led by No Such Ventures to accelerate growth across the UK and Europe.

"Nearly 50% of healthcare solutions fail to make it to market due to the complex regulatory and compliance challenges they face. Those who choose to take on this complexity face overwhelming amounts of manual work and huge sums spent on consultants. That’s why we built Naq: to empower innovators in the UK and Europe to bring their solutions to market by simplifying their compliance with the frameworks required to operate in the healthcare sector."

The Series B round was led by Pivot Investment Partners and e& capital to scale the company artificial intelligence platform and expand operations.

"As B2B fintech investors, we invest in high-quality management teams with deep industry expertise who bring distinctive and durable tech-enabled solutions to addressing key-critical needs. With less than 1% of global trade occurring digitally, modernising trade finance represents a massive opportunity. We have been greatly impressed by Traydstream’s team, platform, and strong traction with clients across geographies. We look forward to partnering with the leadership team on this exciting next phase of the company’s growth, accelerating momentum and serving the needs of a fast-growing roster of clients, both banks and corporates."

The RegTech platform secured the oversubscribed funding under the Enterprise Investment Scheme.

"Kore is an exceptionally promising company. Its technology has become 'mission critical' to financial institutions dealing with regulatory change and the company is managed by highly experienced industry leaders who collectively have deep relationships with many leading banks, insurance companies and wealth managers. Sabrina’s vision and insight, combined with impeccable timing, has propelled Kore towards rapid adoption and a fast-growing stream of recurring revenues. A great example of a commercially compelling EIS investment capable of delivering outstanding returns. Wealth Club members were quick to see Kore’s huge potential, as were we."
— Gayle Bowen, Director of Direct Investments
