The Series B round was co-led by Wavecrest Growth Partners and Espresso Capital to support ongoing corporate expansion.

The Series B round was led by Updata Partners to support team expansion and product development.

The compliance technology firm secured £18m from a syndicate led by Ten Coves Capital to accelerate its international growth.
