"Behind every financial plan is a human story. Advisers and their teams quietly change lives, giving families confidence and peace of mind. Our job is to empower humans in the financial advice process. By doing the heavy-admin-lifting and making compliance much more reliable and less painful, we can help financial advice professionals offer their life-changing services to more people at a significantly lower cost,"
— Amal Jolly, CEO
Series A
$60.0M

The round was led by the Ellison Institute of Technology and will fund research and commercial expansion.

"Advancing agriculture has limitless potential to help people and the planet. So to achieve meaningful, scalable impact, we need the right investors who are truly aligned with that big vision. I’m deeply grateful to EIT and to our current investors for sharing our excitement about what we’ve accomplished so far, and for their united support as we embark on this ambitious growth journey together."
— Ross Hendron, Co-Founder and CEO
Series A
£5.0M

The funding round was co-led by Pembroke VCT and Airbridge Equity Partners to support product development and team expansion.

"This funding marks an exciting new chapter for CybaVerse. Having such a high calibre of investors onboard validates our vision to design and deliver innovative solutions that empower MSPs and SMEs. With this investment, we will accelerate CybaOps development, enhance AI-driven features, and expand our team to bring smarter, more scalable security to MSPs and SMEs, all while staying true to our mission of simplifying cyber security for everyone."
— Oliver Spence, CEO
Series A

Ingenii VC and Pembroke VCT provide follow on funding to support the rollout of Ryft's unified omnichannel payment infrastructure.

"Since launching our automated online payment solutions, we’ve had repeated calls to bring the same simplicity and speed to integrated payments. Businesses processing both in-person and online payments – whether they’re marketplaces, franchises, or acquirers – have lacked a truly competitive solution, leaving too many relying on cumbersome and unnecessarily complicated end-of-month reconciliations and reporting. With the launch of our omni-channel payment platform, Ryft will enable businesses operating online and in-store to efficiently process, manage, and monetise payments at scale in a secure and compliant way. In turn, allowing them to maximise the value of every transaction."
— Sadra Hosseini, CEO and Co-founder
