Zilch has raised $175m in a funding round led by KKCG. The round included an expanded credit facility from Deutsche Bank, participation from BNF Capital, and other strategic investors. The company will direct the capital towards boosting brand awareness, developing its product suite, enhancing platform capabilities, and pursuing strategic acquisitions.
The financing follows recent product rollouts, including its Intelligent Commerce platform and the upcoming Zilch Pay checkout system. The firm now serves over 5 million active users and commands a valuation of approximately $2bn.
