York Mailing is a British print specialist that produces retail flyers, media inserts, and catalogues for major supermarket and retail brands.
York Mailing has secured £10m in growth capital from BGF in exchange for a minority stake. The funding, supplemented by asset-based lending and existing cash facilities, will be directed towards purchasing new printing presses to increase capacity and efficiency, alongside supporting future acquisitions. Based in Yorkshire, the company has established itself as a leading supplier of print materials to major UK retailers.
The investment allows the business to maintain its growth trajectory despite broader digital shifts in media and publishing. Management intends to use the fresh capital to reinforce its operational infrastructure and pursue strategic expansion opportunities in the promotional printing market.
