The Series A round included a crowdfunding tranche on Seedrs that finished 132% oversubscribed.
Yielders operates an FCA regulated Islamic fintech platform that provides halal property investments. The company lowers barriers to entry for real estate by offering access from £100.
Yielders has completed its Series A funding round, raising £661k through a tranche allocated to crowdfunding on Seedrs alongside private investors. The company achieved 132% oversubscription during its campaign on the platform.
Proceeds from the raise will be directed towards international expansion into the EU, EEA, and GCC regions, alongside the launch of new investment products for ethical investors. The financing follows a successful year of growth that included a doubling of assets under management and a 90% increase in user numbers.
Yielders previously completed a pre Series A round in August 2018 and recently achieved its first full cycle retail investment exit, which delivered a net return of 57% over three years. The firm continues to focus on making competitive property returns accessible to the mass market.
From the founder
"I’m delighted with the interest shown in our Series A round, the momentum with which we have achieved our target amount and the investor interest in our crowdfunding campaign. It is especially encouraging that a number of our own customers have continued to show faith in us as a company by both participating in the crowdfunding and in the private portion of the round. We now aim to accelerate our growth to new markets, with new products and into new customer segments in the next 24 months."
