WorkL raises £2m in Series A funding from Calculus Capital to drive international expansion.
Calculus Capital has led a £2m Series A round in employee engagement platform WorkL to fund global growth.
WorkL provides an employee engagement platform and workplace surveys used by organisations globally. It is also the organisation behind workplace award programmes such as The Sunday Times Best Places to Work.
WorkL has secured £2m in a Series A funding round led by Calculus Capital. The capital will be used to support the company as it expands its domestic footprint and accelerates its international offering across several global markets. The business has experienced five years of growth and currently operates in regions including the UK, Ireland, the UAE, Australia and South Africa.
Founded by Lord Mark Price, WorkL offers employee engagement diagnostics based on a 24-question test and methodology. The platform helps over 1,000 businesses monitor wellbeing and retain talent, while also powering high-profile employer recognition awards.
