Wondrwall secures £100m from InfraRed Capital Partners to expand sustainable housing technology.
InfraRed Capital Partners backs Wondrwall to scale its net zero home energy management systems.
Wondrwall provides artificial intelligence powered home energy management systems designed to create sustainable, net zero properties. The technology integrates heating, solar generation, and battery storage to optimise domestic consumption.
Wondrwall has secured £100m in backing from InfraRed Capital Partners to accelerate its presence in the new build housing market. The partnership supports an initial investment programme aimed at scaling deployment of the company's energy management technology across more than 100,000 homes. InfraRed backs the firm to support the broader transition towards net zero residential construction in the UK.
Founded in 2018, Wondrwall offers an artificial intelligence platform that coordinates heating, solar power, and battery storage within residential properties. The system adapts to occupant habits and external factors to manage grid interaction and lower household energy costs. The injection of capital will facilitate rapid expansion as housebuilders seek to meet stricter environmental standards without increasing construction costs.
