London-based Wise provides borderless accounts, international money transfers, and debit cards for millions of global customers.

Wise has secured a £300m syndicated debt facility led by Silicon Valley Bank UK, with participation from six other unnamed banks. The new financing follows a previous £160m refinancing line arranged by the same lender in 2021.

The company will use the capital to support its ongoing growth and secure flexible access to working capital. Executives noted the funds will help scale operations and accelerate payments infrastructure globally.

Silicon Valley Bank UK acted as the lead arranger with a hold level of £100m through its corporate finance team, building on a long-term banking relationship with the fintech unicorn.
