Share allotment filed at Companies House
Weengs operates a ship-from-store logistics solution that collects, packs, and ships orders for online retailers.
Logistics startup Weengs has raised £6.5m in a Series A funding round led by Oxford Capital, with participation from existing seed backers Local Globe, Cherry Ventures, and Venture Friends.
The capital will be directed towards automation and technology investments, including a new warehouse five times larger than its predecessor. The company aims to deploy proprietary software and machinery to scale operations beyond 15,000 daily orders and extend its geographical reach outside London.
Founded to address the friction in online retail logistics, Weengs collects inventory directly from stores, handles packaging at its warehouse, and manages final delivery to customers.
