Wayflyer provides working capital solutions and analytics for e-commerce brands, helping founders scale their businesses without giving up equity.

Wayflyer has secured $253m in debt financing and a mezzanine facility from Credit Suisse. The capital comprises $200m in debt financing alongside a $53m mezzanine facility.

The funds will be deployed to support further origination and provide rapid capital access to online merchants. The transaction follows recent debt and equity raises secured earlier in the year.

Established in 2019, the firm delivers working capital and performance analytics to online retailers. The fresh capital strengthens its capacity to offer competitive rates across Western Europe and the US.
