Wayflyer provides working capital solutions and analytics for e-commerce brands, helping founders scale their businesses without giving up equity.

Wayflyer has secured a $250m credit facility from ATLAS SP Partners to fund online merchants and support its continued expansion. The two-year facility arrives as the company surpasses $100m in annual revenue and experiences growing demand for non-dilutive financing among digital-first businesses. ATLAS SP Partners, which is majority-owned by Apollo funds, provided the capital to bolster Wayflyer's lending capacity.

The fresh capital will be directed towards entrepreneurs aiming to scale operations, purchase inventory, and expand into new markets. Wayflyer combines its capital provision with data-driven analytics to guide merchants on deployment strategies across various acquisition and operational channels. The transaction underscores continued institutional backing for the firm amid tighter credit markets and growing competition in the fintech lending sector.

Founded in Dublin, Wayflyer has deployed over $6bn in working capital since its launch and continues to deepen its footprint in the United States with hubs in New York and Charlotte. Company executives note that the new liquidity pipeline will allow the business to maintain fast decision-making and reliable support for small businesses navigating supply chain shifts and seasonal demand peaks.
