Wayfind Escapes secures a seven-figure loan from the Development Bank of Wales for park upgrades

Wayfind Escapes has secured a seven-figure loan from the Development Bank of Wales to finance improvements at Pennant Holiday Park near Holywell.
The capital will support the construction of 55 new lodges, alongside upgrades to the site bar, restaurant, golf course, and children's playground. The company acquired the 112 acre site in October 2023.
Funding for the loan is drawn from the Welsh Government-backed Wales Tourism Investment Fund.

The funding from the Development Bank means that we’ve got the capital to invest in the park and set the standard for luxury lodges and holiday homes in this area while also creating jobs for local people. We’re focused on developing Pennant into an outstanding destination resort and golf course in North Wales over the coming five years."
