Communication surveillance platform VoxSmart has secured investment from Maven Capital Partners and Toscafund Asset Management. The capital will be used to fuel further growth and support the company expansion into new markets.
The firm builds cloud-based mobile recording and communications technology to help global financial institutions manage regulatory requirements and business risks. Toscafund led the round, with Maven co-investing as part of its strategy to back growing software businesses in the financial sector.
