Visibly operates a digital training platform designed for blue and green collar workforces. The company provides regulated certifications and educational tools for the infrastructure sector.
London-based training platform Visibly has secured $7.5m in funding to expand its team and accelerate product development. The round was led by Creandum, with additional participation from Seedcamp, Brighteye Ventures, Triple Point, and various business angels.
The capital will allow the company to broaden the regulated certifications it offers and keep pace with growing customer demand. Visibly addresses persistent skills gaps in the infrastructure sector by modernising educational compliance for frontline workers.
The firm works with clients including Hitachi, Kier, and SRL, offering on-demand training that adapts to individual capabilities and provides expert-led coaching.
From the founder
"Think of someone digging a hole (excavating). Sounds simple, but hit a high-pressure pipeline and you’ve got fatal consequences. It’s a dangerous task – so how is it taught? In a classroom, with a 20-question written assessment. This is clearly ridiculous. It’s situations like this – and their larger-scale impact – that we’ve set out to change."

Investor perspective
"We’re excited to back the Visibly team in disrupting a massive and completely underserved market in Europe: blue- and green-collar certification and compliance. As we’ve seen with many amazing companies we have partnered with, their unparalleled focus on user experience in a legacy-dominated market and first-hand experience with these problems convinced us that this was the team to back."
