VireUp uses natural language processing to digitise recruitment processes and analyse candidate interviews sentence by sentence. The firm operates across Turkey, the US, and the UK.
VireUp has completed its first investment round with backing from Startup Wise Guys, Naseem Malik, and an unamed Turkish angel investor, at a company valuation of £3.3m.
The capital will be directed towards algorithm improvements to increase product capacity and expanded marketing efforts to reach more customers in target markets.
The firm addresses inefficiencies and a lack of transparency in traditional hiring processes, which can result in costly misjudgements for employers.
