The funding round saw participation from the Acceleris syndicate alongside high net worth and family office investors. The company previously raised £4m in 2019 with advice from Acceleris Capital, using those proceeds to build out its controlled environment agriculture technology and team.
The business focuses on indoor farming utilising proprietary software and hardware to achieve competitive unit costs and scale its crop production operations.
