Neva SGR backed the London-based data compression business through its Neva First investment fund.

V-Nova develops advanced video and image compression software designed to improve streaming efficiency and reduce environmental impact. The firm holds over 300 international patents and licenses its intellectual property globally.
V-Nova has secured £28.1m in a Series C funding round led by Neva SGR via its Neva First fund. The capital will support the commercial rollout of the company's video compression software and further development of its proprietary technologies. Silverpeak acted as financial advisor to the business during the transaction.
