Unitary has raised £6.7m in funding led by Plural alongside strategic angels. The fresh capital will be directed towards expanding the team developing its artificial intelligence technology, accelerating partnerships, and furthering its open source initiatives to improve online safety.
The London based startup provides context aware computer vision models designed to help social networks and ad tech companies manage user generated material at scale. The funding follows growing market demand for automated moderation tools as billions of users continue to upload vast amounts of video footage daily.
