Unily has secured £53.7m in a Series A investment led by Silversmith Capital Partners and Farview Equity Partners, with advisory support from GCA Altium. The funding will allow the digital workplace provider to scale operations, capture broader market share, and advance artificial intelligence innovation. Following the transaction, the incoming investors will hold a significant minority stake with representation on the board.
Founded in 2005, Unily employs 120 staff across the UK, America, and the Far East, serving clients such as McDonald's, British Airways, and Microsoft. The latest capital injection positions the firm to accelerate its global reach within the digital experiences sector.
