Macquarie Capital provided the strategic investment alongside a reinvestment from existing backer LDC.
UniHomes operates a student accommodation platform that connects renters with bills inclusive properties across the United Kingdom. Founded in 2015, the business partners with letting agents and operators to simplify the rental process for students and professionals.
UniHomes has secured a strategic investment from Macquarie Capital to fund its next phase of growth. Private equity backer LDC also reinvested in the business alongside the transaction.
The new funding will allow UniHomes to enhance its technology platform and expand its offerings into new rental segments such as purpose-built student accommodation, build-to-rent and professional sharers. The company marks its tenth anniversary as it enters this growth period.
Milestones over the past decade include building a network covering more than 60 locations across the United Kingdom and partnering with over 1,000 letting agents and operators.
