Uncapped provides alternative funding solutions for digital entrepreneurs and online businesses. The firm operates across multiple international markets.
London-based fintech Uncapped has secured a £200m debt facility from funds managed by affiliates of Fortress Investment Group. The capital will allow the company to extend its financing reach to online businesses and digital entrepreneurs.
Founded in 2019, Uncapped offers working capital ranging from £10k to £10m without requiring personal guarantees or equity dilution. The firm has backed more than 1,000 founders across sectors including e-commerce, software-as-a-service, and fashion in markets such as the United Kingdom, United States, and Germany.
The latest financing builds on an existing partnership between the two organisations, enabling Uncapped to continue supporting high-growth companies with non-dilutive capital.
