TruePlayers secures £140k from the British Business Bank via The FSE Group to advance simulation software

TruePlayers is a Cornwall based games studio that shifted from mobile titles to PC and console development. The team produces high fidelity simulation entertainment, notably the drone flying simulator FireHawk FPV.
Cornwall games developer TruePlayers has secured £140k in backing from the British Business Bank through The FSE Group. The capital follows previous support from FSE in 2022 and arrives as the studio builds commercial momentum following the release of its drone simulator FireHawk FPV. The fresh funds will be directed towards product development and expanding the platform to new hardware.
Launched originally in 2021, the studio transitioned from mobile gaming to focus on PC and console titles. Its flagship release, FireHawk FPV, has surpassed 10,000 sales and attracted interest from commercial entities seeking simulation training tools. This round enables the company to introduce multiplayer modes, community features, and new platform versions while continuing discussions regarding B2B training applications.
