Totalmobile secures over £100m in backing from Bowmark Capital for acquisitions
Bowmark Capital backs the buy-out of the field service management software provider to accelerate its acquisition programme.
Totalmobile provides field service management software to over 700 customers across public services, property, and transport sectors. The company has achieved strong organic growth and transitioned to a software-as-a-service model.
Bowmark Capital has backed the buy-out of Totalmobile, injecting over £100m in additional funding to support the company's ongoing acquisition programme. The transaction follows a period of rapid expansion for Totalmobile, which has seen its revenues increase by more than 45 percent per annum since 2018.
Headquartered in the UK, Totalmobile supplies field service management software to 250,000 mobile workers across sectors including health, local government, and infrastructure. The latest capital injection will enable the firm to build upon its recent track record of completing four complementary product acquisitions.
Stephen Delaney, partner at Bowmark Capital, noted that the private equity firm had tracked Totalmobile's progress for several years. Chief executive Jim Darragh welcomed the backing, citing the investment from a prominent UK private equity house as validation of the team's progress.
