UK retirement technology firm Timeline has secured £6m in Series A funding to scale its operations and enhance its adviser platform. The financing round was led by MTech Capital, with participation from existing backer FNZ and independent director Darren Carter.
Founded in 2018, the company offers digital tools including cashflow modelling, risk profiling, and the Betafolio model portfolio service. The new capital will be directed towards accelerating business growth and improving its technology suite for financial advisers.
The investment also brings new additions to the board, with MTech Capital partner Kevin McLoughlin and an FNZ representative taking seats. Timeline currently serves advisers across seven countries and manages substantial assets through its portfolio offerings.
