Timeline provides financial technology software and model portfolios tailored for independent financial advisers in the United Kingdom. The platform integrates fact finding, cashflow modelling, risk profiling, and investment analytics into a single digital service.
Timeline has secured £10m in a Series B funding round led by BlackFin Capital Partners, with participation from existing backers including Mtech Capital, Darren Carter, and Adam Seale. The company provides integrated software and model portfolios for independent financial advisers across the United Kingdom. The capital will be used to develop new product features, improve existing modules, and extend the firm's market presence.
The business recently surpassed £3bn in assets under management and aims to rank among the top three technology providers for advisers within three years. Approval for the transaction has been granted by the Financial Conduct Authority.
