London-based Threecolts builds software suites for brands and retailers to manage and scale their marketplace operations.
Threecolts has secured $90m in new funding to expand its suite of management software for online marketplace vendors. The investment round was led jointly by Crossbeam Venture Partners and General Global Capital, with participation from Stratos and CoVenture.
Founded in 2021, the London-based company has scaled rapidly, reaching 22,000 customers and completing 14 acquisitions since its inception. Its platform provides tools for pricing, inventory alerts, customer service integration, and analytics across major sales channels including Amazon, Walmart, and eBay.
The profitability and sixfold year-over-year revenue growth underpinned this latest capital injection. The firm now employs 150 staff across 31 countries and counts major consumer brands such as Samsung, Panasonic, and L'Oreal among its clients.
