The Access Group has acquired CoreHR to create a combined human capital management division with revenues exceeding £100m. The deal integrates CoreHR into the Access Workspace platform, following an earlier acquisition of People by Access. Dean Forbes, the current chief executive of CoreHR, will assume the role of president for the newly formed Access People division.
