Abintegro provides digital learning and career development technologies for academic institutions, employers, and HR consultancies. The London-headquartered platform serves half a million users across the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
The Access Group has acquired Abintegro to expand its human capital management and digital learning capabilities. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Abintegro will integrate into the Access People division, bringing its user base and international footprint in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand to the wider group. The deal follows a series of acquisitions by The Access Group aimed at bolstering its software and service offerings in the region.
