Tessaract secures £4.6m from Mercia Ventures and Fuel Ventures to expand UK operations

Legal technology start-up Tessaract has secured £4.6m in funding led by Mercia Ventures, with participation from Fuel Ventures. The capital will be deployed to accelerate UK expansion, drive product development, and strengthen client success operations.
The company provides an end-to-end cloud platform that replaces manual processes by connecting case management, finance, and client delivery within a single environment. Having built momentum in Singapore, Tessaract is now moving its global headquarters to the UK to capture further market share.
The newly secured funds will also support the next phase of product innovation, including artificial intelligence process optimisation and enhanced financial intelligence tools designed specifically for legal practices.
