Talos360 secures investment from LDC to support growth and expansion
LDC has backed the human capital management provider in a deal that offers an exit to Twenty20 Capital.
Talos360 provides human capital management software that helps organisations attract, recruit and retain talent. The company operates from its Warrington headquarters and serves more than 700 business customers.
Talos360 has secured backing from private equity firm LDC to support its next phase of growth and product development. The transaction also provides an exit for previous investor Twenty20 Capital. The company plans to use the partnership to scale its operations and create over 50 new jobs by 2025.
LDC's John Clarke and Dale Alderson will join the board as non-executive directors alongside new non-executive chair Chris Herrmannsen. The investment follows a period of rapid growth for the HR technology provider, which reported significant revenue increases through 2021 and 2022.
Management team members including CEO Janette Martin and co-founder Stephen Rundell will continue to lead the business alongside the new backers. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
