TalentLynk raises £335k in pre-seed funding from Haatch to expand its recruitment communication platform.
The pre-seed round was backed by Haatch to accelerate platform development and international expansion.
TalentLynk is a London-based cloud calling and artificial intelligence communication platform designed to streamline recruitment processes and consolidate messaging channels. The system automates administrative tasks and integrates with common customer relationship management software to improve matching between businesses and talent.
TalentLynk has secured £335k in pre-seed funding from Haatch to support its ongoing development and market expansion. Founded in London by entrepreneurs Daniel Nitu and Omar Zafar, the platform addresses administrative burdens in the recruitment sector by combining phone, messaging and email into a single inbox.
The company plans to use the capital to accelerate its growth strategy following initial traction across several British cities. Haatch backed the round as part of its portfolio strategy targeting early stage business software.
The fresh funding arrives as TalentLynk prepares to introduce further platform integrations and scale its presence internationally over the coming year.
From the founder
"Today’s recruiters are incredibly busy and have to constantly switch between their work and personal mobiles, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, and other channels to communicate with candidates and clients. None of these conversations are being tracked in the CRM or brought together in one place. Recruiters are spending up to two hours a day on manual tasks like writing up call notes, gathering messages and updating CRMs."
