Synthesia is a British artificial intelligence video platform that helps organisations create and share knowledge. The company develops tools for enterprise learning, product marketing, and sales enablement.

Synthesia has secured £147m in Series D funding led by NEA, with participation from new backers WiL, Atlassian Ventures, and PSP Growth alongside existing investors GV, MMC Ventures, and FirstMark. The latest capital injection values the business at $2.1bn and brings its total funding past $330m. The proceeds will be directed towards product development, talent acquisition, and scaling operations across North America, Europe, Japan, and Australia. Alongside the raise, the firm appointed former Amazon technical leader Peter Hill as chief technology officer.
