StoryTerrace has secured £1m in a growth funding round led by GWC. The company has experienced rapid expansion, more than tripling its revenue since 2019 and opening an office in Los Angeles.
Founded in 2015, the firm provides a service that combines software and outsourced professional writers to create biographies for clients. This latest capital injection marks the third time GWC members have backed the business.
The service taps into the growing consumer interest in family history and genealogy. StoryTerrace has delivered more than 2,500 projects to date, offering products starting from £1.6k.
