Stashbee raises £2.5m in a Series A funding round on Seedrs
The storage marketplace secured the capital from 886 investors on Seedrs to support continued growth.
Stashbee operates an online sharing economy platform connecting individuals and businesses with storage space. The marketplace helps users monetise idle space across the United Kingdom.
Stashbee has secured £2.5m in a Series A equity investment round hosted on Seedrs. The campaign drew backing from 886 investors after reaching its initial £1.6m target in under 24 hours and overfunding by £900k over four weeks.
The capital will support ongoing growth following a strong three-year period for the platform. Stashbee recently surpassed one million square feet of bookable storage space and recorded annualised customer payments reaching £1m in June 2019.
This marks the second time the company has raised capital through the Seedrs platform, reflecting continued support from customers and shareholders alike.
